HOW TO CHOOSE THE SIZE: 1. Check the diameter of the original seatpost, choose the same diameter. 2. If you have a vernier caliper, measure the diameter of the original seatpost, then buy a similar size new seat post. 3. Measure the inner diameter of the middle tube of the frame, then buy a 1 mm thickness less new seat post.

INSTALLATION TIPS: - Seatpost used for most old style bikes, and the bike saddle with clamp. - By raising the saddle height, a forward leaning riding position is born, even if the air resistance (drag) is reduced. - This item is sold as a single bike seat post, the saddle clamp is not included. You can buy a clamp separately or remove one from your old saddle.
